What we did
Our work covered sales, operations, safety, procurement, HR and communication, IT, finance, project management, infrastructure and culture.
- Created the roadmap and 100-day plan, and ran the programme across all workstreams against it.
- Oversaw the key integration taskforces: safety and operations to meet the acquirer's standards, sales and marketing for business continuity, timely communication to every party, IT systems integration, and HR.
- Managed stakeholders across government and regulatory bodies, and kept the business compliant with local law in a complex industrial landscape.
