Who does the work
- Who leads our programme day to day, and can we meet them before we sign?
- A senior practitioner from our team, and yes. The people you meet before you sign are the people who do the work. There is no hand-off to a junior team. A partner oversees each territory: Richard Parry the US and UK, Thomas Kessler the DACH region and Branka Dessens the Netherlands.
- What happens if the person leading our programme leaves?
- Your programme does not depend on one person. The partner for your region oversees it from the start, and the plan, decisions and history live in atlanticma.ai, so whoever steps in starts from the full record.
- How do you make sure the people you assign know our sector?
- We identify people who have worked in your sector and propose them to you. You accept them before they join the programme.
- How is this different from hiring an interim integration director?
- An interim director brings one person's time. We bring a senior practitioner, a partner overseeing your region, a method our partners have used across 345 projects, and atlanticma.ai, where agents draft, track and report. Our time steps down as your team takes on the work, and the platform stays with you.
How we work
- What do the agents do, and what do people decide?
- Agents draft the plan, track actions and risks, capture decisions from meetings and build the steering pack. Every output arrives as a suggestion: nothing reaches the plan, the RAID log or the pack until your engagement lead has accepted it.
- Do we have to use atlanticma.ai, or can you run the programme on our own tools?
- We run every programme on atlanticma.ai, because it makes our work better and more efficient.
- How do you get stretched people to adopt a new platform in the middle of an integration?
- They do not have to. We drive the programme, and your team works with us the way it normally does, through meetings, PowerPoint and Excel updates, as if the application did not exist. Only the work is more efficient. When you want your team in the platform, we set up the project and train them. It is designed to be intuitive for a transformation professional to pick up and use.
- Who owns the plans and data when you step back, and can we keep using the platform?
- You do, and you can. The atlanticma.ai subscription is in your name from the first day, so the plan, charters, decisions and data stay with you after we step back.

Fees
- How is it priced, and what is included?
- A monthly retainer per phase, agreed at the start: full time, then half time, then a quarter of the time. You know the shape of the whole engagement, and what it costs, from the start. How we engage
- Who pays for atlanticma.ai, the fund or the portfolio company?
- Normally the portfolio company. The subscription is in the client's name, at its published price. atlanticma.ai pricing
- What happens to your fees if the deal is delayed or doesn't close?
- If the deal is delayed, we stay on the programme at reduced time to support it. If it is cancelled, we are paid for the time we have already put in.
Reach and security
- Can you work across borders and time zones?
- Yes, we are built for it. Our people are in North America, Europe and Asia, and atlanticma.ai works in many languages, so each company's people read the plan in their own language.
- Our IT and legal teams will ask where deal data is held and how the AI uses it. What can you show them?
