Browsing this site does not require you to give us any personal data. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own.

If you send us an enquiry or download our whitepaper, we receive what you enter in the form, such as your name, email address, company and message. The forms are provided by Pipedrive, our customer relationship management system, which stores the enquiry on our behalf and may set cookies needed for the form to work. The forms are protected from spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes data about your device and interaction under Google's privacy policy.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the service.

We use enquiry details only to respond to you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. For a whitepaper download, we use your details to send it and, only if you agree in the form, to keep in touch about related work. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, then delete them.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details above.
