Atlantic M&A Partners is a partnership of M&A practitioners supported by an international team with cross-border integration, divestiture, finance and technology experience.
Our three partners bring more than 80 years of combined M&A experience, and have run integrations and carve-outs for corporates and private equity across Europe, the US and Asia, often as the interim executives in the room. Based in the US and the EU, we work mostly with private equity firms on deals of up to $1.5bn, from diligence and integration strategy to Day 1, TSA exit and synergy delivery.
We now run every programme on atlanticma.ai, so the people you meet are the people who do the work.
A partner oversees each territory: Richard Parry the US and UK, Thomas Kessler the DACH region and Branka Dessens the Netherlands. Senior practitioners from our team lead each programme day to day.
